Abstract
Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) has become an important tool for evaluating coastal management actions in Australia, and various coastal CBA studies have been completed. However, some of these studies have produced contradictory outcomes, and some assumptions on which they were based have been questioned. In the presentation, various assumptions frequently used in coastal CBA’s are considered and assessed with reference to specific case studies.![Creative Commons License](http://i.creativecommons.org/l/by/4.0/88x31.png)
